Our status as a “Tour Operator” gives us the ability to secure reservations for hotels, attractions, performances, etc…. at special rates and better availability. We can fully customize a trip for your group with no out of pocket expenses while on the trip enabling you and your group to relax and enjoy a fantastic educational experience.

Q: Does someone from Nowak Tour & Travel go on the trip with us?
A: Absolutely! We have a highly qualified group of Tour Managers consisting of more than 30 retired educators and administrators. We send one Tour Manager on each motorcoach to assure that everything runs smoothly and that your trip is as carefree and enjoyable as possible.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, and money orders. Online credit card payments can also be arranged (please contact us for more information regarding credit card payments).

Q: When is our room list due for a trip?
A: To honor the requests of the hotels, your room list will be due 45 days prior to the departure date of the trip.

Q: When is our final payment due for our trip?
A: Final payment is due 30 days prior to the departure date of your trip.

Q: Can we watch movies on the bus?
A: Yes, all of the motorcoaches are equipped with DVD players.

Q: How many passengers can a motorcoach hold?
A: The motorcoaches that we use are available in a variety of sizes. The most commonly used motorcoaches are 41, 47, 55, 56, and 57 passengers.

Q: How much insurance coverage does your company offer?
A: We carry a $3,000,000 insurance policy on motorcoach travel for your protection.

Q: Who are your Tour Managers?
A: The majority of our Tour Managers are retired educators or school administrators. They have all been fingerprinted and screened by the Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation and are also VIRTUS certified.

Q: What hotels do you use?
A: We are proud to use only the finest hotels, most of which have been inspected by members of our staff on a yearly basis, all having indoor corridors.
